I love those beauty seminars at a Bettina Network Hedge School. \u00a0New to me, but fantastic.<\/p>\n

I could only stay one night, but what I took with me will last for years – I hope!<\/p>\n

We had a demonstration, after a great breakfast conversation on your eyes. \u00a0I tried it at home and am going to do this every night until my eyes look fantastic.<\/p>\n

We took one small cucumber – organic. \u00a0Put it in a blender until it was chopped up fine with liquid.<\/p>\n

The person demonstrating stretched out on the floor and put a handful of the ground cucumber over each tightly closed eye. \u00a0The liquid dripped off her face so she had a towel under her head and neck. \u00a0The remaining cucumber she massaged into the rest of her face – first the liquid and then the chopped up parts and let it stay for about 1\/2 hour while we talked about our beauty secrets. \u00a0There were not many and mine came from commercial products which have cost me a fortune over the years, which is why I was traveling this time to a BN Hedge School.<\/p>\n

When she rinse her face – in the Bettina Network’s way of splashing cool water on your face until the cucumber has been washed off method – she looked fantastic. \u00a0Something happened to the color of her skin although I can’t tell you what – I just know it was different and much more attractive. \u00a0She talked about how great her eyes felt. \u00a0“They feel clear and unclouded – like they just had a great bath or a long shower.”<\/p>\n

We were told to check Bettina Network’s Blog under “Health and Beauty” for more such beauty tips. \u00a0I think my cosmetic bill is going down dramatically and soon.<\/p>\n
