{"id":2399,"date":"2016-01-18T09:08:59","date_gmt":"2016-01-18T09:08:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bettina-network.com\/blog\/?p=2399"},"modified":"2018-09-17T16:23:01","modified_gmt":"2018-09-17T16:23:01","slug":"a-better-new-years-beauty-regimen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bettinanetwork.com\/blog\/archives\/2399","title":{"rendered":"A Better New Year&#8217;s Beauty Regimen!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>copyright Bettina Network, inc. 2016<\/p>\n<p>Now, Marceline, I am not competing with you &#8211; heaven forbid, I couldn&#8217;t stand the fallout &#8211; but I think I have a better regimen. \u00a0Based on your work, however.<\/p>\n<p>Follow the regimen set forth in the preceding blog but add the following:<\/p>\n<p>First thing in the morning &#8211; have an organic lemon squeezed into warm water and drink it down.<\/p>\n<p>Use the liquid vitamin C and the whole plant aloe vera, but add to it Vitamin D3 which you get by clipping and squeezing a capsule onto your fingers and massaging it into your skin after you have applied the liquid Vitamin C and the organic whole plant aloe vera. \u00a0Let all three stay on your skin for at least 1\/2 hour, but most of the day or night if you can. \u00a0If you have a little bit of money try this on your face. \u00a0If you have more money give yourself an all over massage before going to bed &#8211; in cotton pajamas.<\/p>\n<p>It is transformative.<\/p>\n<p>You might not want to print in the blog what follows, however, if you do &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>I have a problem which probably stemmed from my bad diet as a child. \u00a0It caused constipation and lots of gas and now I have what I think are hemorrhoids and couldn&#8217;t go many places until I discovered a sort of cure &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>I can go out in public by using a Vitamin D3 capsule, clipping it open and inserting the oil &#8211; you know where &#8211; and I am good for the day.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve tried everything and nothing worked. \u00a0This does. \u00a0I should add &#8211; this works for me, I don&#8217;t know if it will work for you.<\/p>\n<p>That lemon juice in warm water has helped me control the foods I eat. \u00a0It starts my day off by cleansing my\u00a0digestive tract and making me feel as though I just had a great meal.<\/p>\n<p>_________________________________________________<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bettina-network.com\/blog\/donation-page\">Learn More About How We Use Your Donation!<\/a><\/p>\n<p>[give_form id=&#8221;3763&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>________________________________________________<\/p>\n<p><strong>Want to join us?<\/strong> Have a home that you want to open to become one of <strong>Bettina Network&#8217;s Hedge Schools<\/strong>?
