{"id":821,"date":"2012-10-16T13:11:56","date_gmt":"2012-10-16T13:11:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bettina-network.com\/blog\/?p=821"},"modified":"2018-10-21T09:23:24","modified_gmt":"2018-10-21T09:23:24","slug":"poetry-valerie-gillies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bettinanetwork.com\/blog\/archives\/821","title":{"rendered":"Poetry &#8211; Valerie Gillies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">copyright 2012 Marceline Donaldson<\/span><\/p>\n<p>We experienced a wonderful, brief, impromptu concert of troubador harp music by daughter accompanying her mother&#8217;s poetry recitation. \u00a0It was a magical time. \u00a0We thought we would share with you a small glimpse of Valerie Gillies&#8217; poetry. \u00a0She has several books of poetry, if you are interested and would like to read and know more about her work. \u00a0&#8220;Her poems are rooted in an elemental world, and take from nature a lightness as well as a terrestrial substance.
