We work with banks, individuals, institutions, estates, and others who have homes they would like managed.

Our emphasis is on meticulous, elegant maintenance with income returned to the property owner from their properties under our management.

These homes are cared for under pre-set, mutually acceptable guidelines. Homes under property management are available to their owners at any time, without the worry or effort of opening the house, cleaning it, repairing what might be broken, etc.

In today's tax climate, many are beginning to look for ways to shield income with active rather than passive investments. Bed and breakfast offers that possibility.
