What We Offer

The Bettina Network coordinates all the administrative aspects of the bed and breakfast process:

• We do the marketing and advertising to attract people you would like to have as guests in your home.
• We send out the confirmations, educating guests about the Bettina Network, introducing where they will stay, and explaining some of the responsibilities they and host families have to one another.
• We handle all monetary transactions, sending out invoices and collecting payments; the enjoyableness of your guests' visits will not be marred by money changing hands in your home.
• We send out checks to our host families twice a month with the income you have generated, minus the Bettina Network's percentage for doing all of the above.
• We send out thank you notes to guests with questionnaires for feedback on their stay; we forward the replies to you so you can see how you are doing, your 'report card,' so to speak.
